  • Safe storage of food
  • Temperature control and the food temperature danger zone
    • Identifying potentially hazardous foods

    • Safe handling of ready-to-eat foods

No. This is a non-accredited Food Handling Awareness Course provided by Training NSW. Participants receive a Training NSW Certificate of Completion, not a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.

This course is suitable for anyone involved in preparing, handling, storing or serving food, including workers in cafés, restaurants, catering, childcare, aged care, school canteens, hospitality, supermarkets and other food-related workplaces.

 

No. This course is not a Food Safety Supervisor course and does not provide Food Safety Supervisor certification.

 

There is no fixed expiry period for this non-accredited awareness course. Refresher training is recommended periodically to help keep food safety knowledge current.
