Refund, Cancellation and Course Transfer Policy
At Training NSW, we understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to support our students and customers where possible. If you need to request a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or course transfer, please contact us in writing so our team can review your situation and assist you fairly.
Cancellations before 5 business working days prior to a Face-to-Face session.
Eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 5 business days.
No refund applies. However, we may help transfer your booking to a later available course date at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Course Transfers
Transfers to another available short course date may be arranged free of charge where possible.

If serious illness, emergencies, or significant personal circumstances affect your attendance, please contact us. We will review your situation and may offer a course credit or transfer at our discretion.
