FAQs Is the training nationally recognised? Yes. Training and assessment is delivered on behalf of ABC First Aid – RTO 3399. Eligible students who successfully complete all course requirements receive a nationally recognised certificate. Do you come to our workplace? Yes. We deliver group first aid and CPR training on-site across Greater Sydney. We can come to your workplace, childcare centre, office, warehouse, community organisation or other suitable training location. What courses can be delivered on-site? We can deliver courses including HLTAID009 CPR, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID012 Childcare First Aid, HLTAID014 Advanced First Aid, and LVR + CPR / First Aid training. How many staff do we need for a group booking? Group training is generally suitable for workplaces with 4 or more participants. For larger teams, we can organise multiple sessions or split the group into different time slots. How long does the training take? Course duration depends on the course selected. CPR is usually shorter, while First Aid and Childcare First Aid take longer because they include additional practical assessment requirements. Is there online learning before the practical session? Some courses may include online learning or pre-course work that must be completed before the face-to-face practical session. This helps reduce classroom time and makes the training more efficient for staff. When will staff receive their certificates? Certificates are usually issued after the student has successfully completed all required online learning, practical training and assessment requirements. Can training be done after hours or on weekends? Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and after-hours sessions, depending on trainer availability. What do we need to provide for on-site training? You will need a suitable training space with enough room for practical activities, access to chairs/tables if required, and a safe environment for participants to complete assessments. Are there travel charges for on-site training? Travel charges may apply depending on your location, group size and session requirements. We will confirm any additional charges before your booking is finalised. Can we book multiple courses for the same group? Yes. Many workplaces book CPR, First Aid, Childcare First Aid or LVR training together depending on staff requirements. We can help recommend the best course combination for your team.
